Questions about Telegram gifts
Is this a gift from Telegram itself?
No. VirtFlowers is a separate mini app that runs inside Telegram and takes payment in Telegram Stars. The gift arrives as a chat message, not on a profile.
Where do I get Stars?
If you don’t have enough, Telegram offers to buy them right in the payment window. Your card details go to Telegram; we never see them.
Can I send one for free?
Yes, the orchid. You can send it without paying, with a message like any other bouquet.
Is the gift anonymous?
No. The recipient sees your Telegram name: “Name is giving you a bouquet”.
Can I sell a bouquet or swap it for Stars?
No. A bouquet can’t be sold, traded or turned into Stars.
Who will see the gift?
Whoever you send the message to. Up to three people besides you can open it, so a private chat works best.
Can I get my Stars back?
Yes, if the payment went wrong, the gift didn’t appear or doesn’t open. Send /paysupport to @virtflowers_bot or email cnt@virtflowers.com.
