Terms of Use

VirtFlowers is the Telegram bot @virtflowers_bot and the mini app inside it.

This is a translation of the Russian terms. If the two versions differ, the Russian version applies.

1. What you are buying

A digital product: a virtual bouquet that you can give to another person with a link in Telegram. No physical bouquet is delivered. Browsing bouquets and placing them on your table through the camera is free.

2. Payment

Payment is accepted in Telegram Stars through the Telegram payment system. One payment is one gift. The price in Stars is shown on the bouquet screen and in the payment window before you are charged.

3. Receiving the gift

The gift is available right after the payment is confirmed and is kept in the “My bouquets” section. After paying, you choose the chat to send the gift to. The recipient opens the bouquet for free.

The gift opens through a link with a unique code. No more than three people can open it; the sender does not count toward that number, and the link will no longer open the bouquet for anyone after that. Before paying, you can let more people open it: every +10% to the bouquet price adds five people (up to 48 at +90%), double the price allows up to 100 people, triple — up to 1000. The chosen number and the final price are shown before payment and do not change after it. Those who have opened the gift can return to it as often as they like. So send the link to the person you are giving the gift to, not to a large group chat.

4. Refunds

If the payment went through with an error, the gift did not appear or does not open, write to cnt@virtflowers.com or use the /paysupport command in the bot. Include the payment date and, if you have it, the link to the gift. We will return the Stars to the same Telegram account. Each request is considered individually.

You can send a complaint to the same email address; we reply within 30 days.

5. Personal data

To run the service we receive from Telegram your numeric ID, name, username and interface language, and we store the text of your messages attached to gifts and information about gifts sent and opened. When you open a gift, the bot tells its sender your name and a link to your Telegram profile. Otherwise the data is not passed to third parties and is used only to run the service and provide support. To have your data deleted, write to the seller’s email.

6. Technology

Showing the bouquet through the camera runs on XR Engine, created by Niantic Spatial, Inc. (8th Wall Engine, © 2026 Niantic Spatial, Inc.), under the XR Engine License Agreement, which contains a disclaimer of warranties: license text.
