How to send a virtual bouquet
A couple of minutes, with no courier, no address and no waiting. All it takes is Telegram on your phone and theirs.
-
Pick a bouquet
There are 28 pieces: roses, peonies, hydrangeas, calla lilies and Halloween sets. Turn any of them around and look up close, down to the petals.
-
Put it on your table
Point your phone camera at a table and the bouquet stands on it. Walk around it and see how it looks in your home.
-
Send it to a chat
Write a few words, pay with Telegram Stars and pick who gets it. They unwrap the gift and see the bouquet together with your words.
How a virtual bouquet differs from a real one
It isn't a card or a picture. Every flower is built in 3D, so you look at the bouquet the way you would at a real one: from every side and up close. It is the same model as in the app.
-
Three-dimensional, not flat
Each flower has its own petals, stem and leaves. The bouquet turns around and you can move in close.
-
Stands on your table
Through the phone camera the bouquet stands next to your things at real size and casts a shadow.
-
Arrives in a minute, in any country
No courier, and no shop that closes in the evening. All the other person needs is Telegram.
-
Doesn't wilt
The gift stays in Telegram. It can be opened again and the bouquet looked at any time.

Questions
What is a virtual bouquet?
A 3D model of a flower bouquet. You can turn it around, look at it from every side and place it on a real table through your phone camera. You give it as a link in Telegram together with your message.
Are these real flowers?
No. We do not deliver fresh flowers: the gift is digital and opens in Telegram.
What does the recipient need?
Just Telegram. The gift opens in a mini app inside Telegram, with nothing to install and no sign-up. The recipient pays nothing.
How much does a bouquet cost?
Browsing and placing bouquets on your table is free. A gift costs 111 to 662 Telegram Stars, and the orchid can be sent for free. You see the price on the bouquet screen before you pay.
How do I pay if I have no Stars?
Stars are Telegram's currency for digital goods. If you don't have enough, Telegram offers to buy them right in the payment window. We never see your card details.
Is the app in English?
Yes. The app and the bot are in English, Russian, Uzbek and Indonesian. The language follows your Telegram settings, and you can switch it with the language button at the top of the catalog.
Which devices does the camera work on?
You can place a bouquet on your table through the camera in Telegram on an iOS or Android phone. Without the camera you can still look at the bouquet and send it.
How many people can open a gift?
Up to three people, not counting the sender. Before paying, you can raise the limit: every +10% to the price adds five people, double the price allows up to 100, triple — up to 1000. Anyone who has opened the gift can come back to it any time. Send the link to the person you are giving it to, not to a big group chat.
Can I get my Stars back?
Yes, if the payment failed, the gift did not appear or does not open. Send /paysupport to @virtflowers_bot or write to cnt@virtflowers.com with the payment date. The Stars go back to the same Telegram account.
